Description:

We’re hiring a Junior Frontend Developer Trainee to help turn Figma designs into functional, pixel-perfect components — no experience required, just attention to detail and solid fundamentals in HTML, CSS, and JS. You’ll work closely with designers to translate mockups into code that looks, feels, and functions exactly as intended. We’ll teach you how to add transitions, hover effects, microinteractions, and scroll-based animations using modern tools like Framer Motion or GSAP. You’ll get hands-on with responsive design, layout systems like Flexbox and Grid, and learn how to write clean, maintainable code. Expect to work with design systems, reusable components, and modern frameworks like React or Vue as you grow. You’ll learn how to use Git properly, write clean pull requests, and review code with clarity and respect. You’ll learn how to manage responsiveness across breakpoints, support dark mode, and ensure layouts hold up under real content. You’ll get experience working in sprints, tracking tasks in tools like Jira or Trello, and collaborating through Git and code reviews. We’ll show you how to animate SVGs, loading states, modals, tooltips, and every little part of the UI people remember.

Basic Qualifications:

• Write clean, readable code and keep it consistent with the team’s style guide.
• Celebrate shipping things—even if it’s “just” a tiny fix, it matters.
• Help spot UX issues, performance bottlenecks, or missing states (like loading or error).
• Fix layout bugs, polish animations, and make sure everything looks great on all screen sizes.
• Support accessibility, SEO, and performance best practices even if you're still mastering them.

Preferred:

• Understands the importance of mobile-first design and visual consistency across screen sizes.
• Able to debug using browser developer tools and fix layout or console errors effectively.
• Familiar with basic testing practices such as unit tests, snapshot tests, or manual test plans.
• Pays attention to performance optimization, lazy loading, and image handling in web apps.
• Enjoys building intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that solve real problems.
