Description:

We’re seeking a Warehouse Manager with proven leadership, operational discipline, and a results-driven mindset. You’ll be responsible for leading daily operations, maintaining control over inventory, shipping, and receiving at all times. You’ll oversee a lean team, balancing productivity, safety, and calm leadership in a low-noise, high-focus environment. You’ll be responsible for hiring, onboarding, and performance management of warehouse personnel. You’ll lead with confidence, keeping your crew motivated, focused, and alert throughout the shift. You’ll coach your team like a leader, not a boss — pushing for performance while keeping morale high. You’ll ensure safety protocols are more than posters — they’re part of the team’s daily rhythm. From forklift flow to shelf labels, from digital logs to last-mile pickups — you’ll own it all. You’ll manage labor scheduling to optimize resource utilization without compromising output or morale.

Basic Qualifications:

• Respond to incidents such as equipment breakdowns, spills, or injuries with appropriate emergency procedures and documentation.
• Maintain morale and productivity by fostering a positive, respectful, and goal-oriented team culture.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to ensure on-time deliveries and pickups.
• Lead by example—demonstrating accountability, clear communication, and hands-on problem-solving during peak periods.
• Ensure full compliance with OSHA, fire safety, and other regulatory standards to maintain a clean, safe, and secure work environment.

Preferred:

• Can troubleshoot bottlenecks and implement process improvements in receiving, packing, or dispatch.
• Understands logistics processes and can coordinate with transportation and procurement teams.
• Understands the importance of cleanliness, safety signage, and traffic flow in busy warehouses.
• Familiar with inventory control systems, barcode scanners, and warehouse management software (WMS).
• Background or interest in supply chain, operations management, or logistics.
