Description:
We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Assistant who’s curious, organized, and ready to learn how online growth actually happens behind the scenes. You won’t be tucked into a tiny task — you’ll get exposure to content, ads, email, SEO, landing pages, analytics, and all the random things in between. You’ll help schedule posts, proofread captions, update landing pages, and spot typos before anyone else does. You’ll work alongside designers, media buyers, and strategists — and pick up more real-world knowledge in one month than most courses give in a year. You’ll work closely with the founder, designer, and product team — and start to see how marketing touches every part of the business. You’ll shadow meetings with clients and start to see how feedback turns into action, revisions, and eventually, live campaigns. You’ll learn to keep 10 tabs open, take notes while listening, and quietly ask “wait — which brand is this again? You’ll learn tools like MailerLite, Notion, Figma, Google Ads, and maybe even Zapier — don’t worry, we’ll teach you. You’ll get training on tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, UTM tracking, Canva, and more — and yes, you’ll use them daily.
Basic Qualifications:
- Support day-to-day execution of digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, search, and content platforms.
- Support SEO and SEM efforts by conducting keyword research, optimizing metadata, and tracking keyword rankings.
- Assist in A/B testing different creatives, headlines, or call-to-actions to find what converts best.
- Prepare and format internal reports summarizing campaign KPIs like CTR, open rate, ROAS, or impressions.
- Ensure all marketing activities align with brand voice, guidelines, and target audience preferences.
Preferred:
- Comfortable sourcing visuals or coordinating with design teams to complete content assets.
- Values creativity, analytics, and consistency in marketing work.
- Familiar with organizing marketing assets and maintaining a content calendar.
- Understands how to organize and track campaign performance using spreadsheets or dashboards.
- Able to help prepare marketing reports with insights from traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics.
Benefits:
- You’ll be part of brainstorms, debriefs, and campaign planning — your voice is welcome at the table.
- We respect your focus time — async work is normal, and deep work is encouraged.
- Every published post, campaign report, or landing page you help optimize makes a real impact.
- You’ll assist with content calendars, email campaigns, paid ads, SEO tasks, and reporting — real marketing, not just admin work.
- If you love checklists, click-through rates, well-written emails, and learning by doing — welcome to the team.
” You’ll spot problems before they hit customers and suggest simple solutions that make the user experience smoother. You’ll work with designers, writers, strategists, and maybe even developers — and learn how collaborative digital truly is. You’ll work with marketers, designers, and developers across time zones — and learn how remote teams stay aligned without chaos. You’ll take feedback well, ask smart questions, and speak up when something doesn’t look right. You’ll also make mistakes — and learn how a good agency turns those into lessons, not lectures. You’ll build discipline, digital maturity, and quiet confidence that you can take into any role afterward. This isn’t about running someone’s Instagram — it’s about learning how strategy, content, and data work together to drive results. If you're resourceful, curious, and secretly enjoy Googling “how to fix Mailchimp segment logic” — we want you on our side. If you’re fast, flexible, curious, and weirdly excited by spreadsheets and content calendars — welcome to agency life.
