We’re offering a Radiologic Technologist Trainee position for those ready to enter the world of high-tech healthcare — no experience required. No experience? You’ll help patients of all ages — including the elderly, the fragile, and those in pain — through moments that require trust and reassurance. You’ll assist in preparing rooms, setting up machines, and guiding patients through the process with clarity and calm. Expect to be part of a team where doctors rely on you for the images that guide treatment, surgery, and life-saving decisions. We’ll show you how to manage your own workflow, set up and clean equipment, and handle diverse patient needs independently. You’ll learn the core principles of radiation safety, image quality, anatomy, and patient communication. You’ll gain confidence in reading orders, adjusting settings, and working alongside physicians, nurses, and radiologists. Every patient is different — and you’ll learn how to adapt to body types, injuries, mobility levels, and emotions.

Basic Qualifications:

• Communicate clearly with doctors, nurses, and patients to ensure smooth workflow.
• Perform regular maintenance checks on machines and report malfunctions immediately.
• Adjust equipment settings based on body type, movement, or special health conditions.
• Be ready to assist during trauma cases or emergency imaging needs at any hour.
• Follow hospital or clinic protocols for cleaning and sanitizing equipment between patients.

Preferred:

• Pays attention to image clarity, proper labeling, and correct patient information on all studies.
• Certified and licensed as a radiologic technologist, with training in X-ray imaging procedures.
• Willing to assist during trauma or emergency procedures in fast-paced environments.
• Able to explain procedures to patients, position them correctly, and ensure their comfort and safety.
• Can collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other care team members to coordinate care.
