Description:
We’re hiring an Industrial Electrician to install and maintain electrical systems in factories, plants, and large-scale facilities — ideal for someone who thrives in technical environments and values precision and safety. You’ll work with high-voltage systems, control panels, motor drives, and automation equipment across heavy machinery and production lines. You’ll read and interpret residential blueprints, floor plans, and load calculations to plan efficient and code-compliant layouts. You’ll troubleshoot household issues such as tripped breakers, flickering lights, faulty outlets, and overloaded circuits. You’ll inspect, diagnose, and repair equipment such as transformers, switchgear, pumps, compressors, and control panels. You’ll work with building management to ensure code compliance, plan upgrades, and maintain accurate maintenance logs. You’ll follow strict safety procedures and know when to isolate power, shut off circuits, or call in backup for major hazards. You’ll document each job thoroughly, including time of arrival, actions taken, materials used, and photos of damage and resolution. You’ll coordinate with dispatchers, property managers, or facility supervisors for access and follow-up scheduling.
Basic Qualifications:
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and circuit schematics accurately.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, or facility managers on project timelines and requirements.
- Stay updated on new technologies, tools, and code changes through ongoing training.
- Handle emergency service calls, power outages, or urgent repairs as needed.
- Use power tools and hand tools with precision to cut, strip, and terminate wires cleanly.
Preferred:
- Willing to stay updated with new technologies such as smart systems, solar energy, or energy-efficient lighting.
- Licensed or certified electrician with knowledge of local electrical codes and safety standards.
- Pays attention to neatness, durability, and code compliance in every wiring job.
- Skilled in working with conduit, circuit breakers, outlets, lighting systems, and control panels.
- Able to work under pressure and respond to emergency electrical calls when needed.
Benefits:
- You’re not just wiring — you’re keeping homes and businesses alive.
- Health, dental, and retirement plans — because real trades deserve real benefits.
- You’ll see instant results — flip the switch, and it works because of you.
- You'll train the next generation if you want — or focus on mastering your craft.
- No boring desk — you’re solving real problems in real places, every day.
You’ll be expected to work in wet, dark, hot, or confined conditions, sometimes with limited information and time pressure. You’ll receive training in rapid troubleshooting, live-panel safety, and safe work methods under time constraints. You’ll keep your tools and work area clean and organized, ready for efficient setup and teardown each day. You’ll be expected to work independently or with an apprentice, depending on the scale of the job. You’ll be expected to climb ladders, access electrical rooms, and work in hot, loud, or confined environments. You’ll mentor junior team members when needed, sharing your knowledge of troubleshooting, layouts, and safe practices. Previous experience in an industrial setting is preferred, but candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to train are welcome. If you're ready to keep the lights on where the machines never stop, we’re ready to train and support you in industrial electrical work. If you’re ready to keep buildings powered, safe, and running smoothly — we’re ready to put tools in your hand and welcome you as an Electrician.
