Description:

We’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms. You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that align with the brand’s goals and values. You’ll oversee daily posts, ensuring they align with the brand’s tone and messaging while resonating with the target audience. You’ll track and analyze performance data, adjusting content and strategies based on engagement metrics and user feedback. You’ll stay informed about the latest social media trends, incorporating new features, tools, and tactics into campaigns. You’ll collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media campaigns are aligned with the overall business strategy. You’ll monitor brand mentions, engage with followers, and foster relationships to create a loyal online community. You’ll run social media advertising campaigns, including paid promotions and sponsored posts, to expand our reach.

Basic Qualifications:

• Maintain an organized asset library—logos, templates, past posts, captions—for efficiency and reuse.
• Build and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistency and balance across different content types (educational, entertaining, promotional).
• Ensure all posts follow brand voice, tone, visual guidelines, and accessibility standards (alt text, readable fonts, etc.).
• Coordinate with paid media teams (if applicable) to align organic and promoted content strategies.
• Experiment with new formats like polls, AMAs, or carousels to boost engagement and test what resonates.

Preferred:

• Comfortable presenting ideas, strategies, or performance to stakeholders.
• Able to create storyboards or briefs for designers and video editors.
• Can manage content calendars, cross-posting, and platform-specific guidelines.
• Comfortable with basic graphic design tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Express.
• Pays close attention to detail, grammar, and formatting across channels.
