Description:

We’re hiring a Taxi Driver who takes pride in providing safe, reliable, and respectful service — someone who knows the city well and enjoys helping people get where they need to go. You’ll pick up and drop off passengers efficiently, using the best routes while adapting to traffic and changing conditions. You’ll offer friendly greetings, assist with luggage, and provide helpful tips if asked — from great food spots to scenic routes. You’ll drive responsibly, avoiding risky shortcuts and always prioritizing safety over speed. You’ll assist passengers with bags, offer water or amenities if needed, and make stops when appropriate on longer rides. You’ll keep your vehicle clean, comfortable, and ready for every trip, with good air flow, working seatbelts, and a welcoming interior. You’ll use GPS or personal knowledge to stay accurate and efficient, especially when handling language barriers or foreign addresses. You’ll communicate clearly with dispatch and passengers, confirming destinations and expectations before each ride. You’ll respect different cultures, communicate clearly, and always treat passengers with warmth and courtesy.

Basic Qualifications:

• Help tourists or newcomers by offering basic info about the city, attractions, or nearby services.
• Dress appropriately and represent yourself or your company with professionalism.
• Respond to ride requests via phone, app, or radio in a timely and organized manner.
• Pick up passengers at requested locations and deliver them safely and efficiently to their destinations.
• Respect cultural differences and adapt communication style accordingly when needed.

Preferred:

• Understands the importance of punctuality, reliability, and passenger trust.
• Able to use GPS navigation tools or ride-hailing apps efficiently while maintaining safe driving habits.
• Able to handle airport pickups, hotel transfers, or scheduled reservations professionally.
• Experience providing customer service in transportation, delivery, or hospitality environments.
• Thrives in dynamic, mobile environments where adaptability and professionalism matter.
