Description:

We’re hiring a Junior Frontend Developer Trainee with a focus on React and Next. You’ll work closely with designers to translate mockups into code that looks, feels, and functions exactly as intended. We’ll teach you how to structure semantic HTML, write scalable CSS, and use media queries with intention and clarity. You’ll work with real designers to implement layouts that adapt beautifully — from wide desktops to tiny phones. Expect to work with components in React (or similar), using props and variants to match Figma’s logic and structure. We’ll guide you through accessibility principles so your animations enhance experience without hurting usability. You’ll also learn how to keep animations lightweight and performance-friendly, even on mobile or low-end devices. You’ll gain hands-on experience writing clean HTML/CSS/JS, structuring components, and organizing code that’s easy to maintain and scale. You’ll collaborate with designers and backend devs to build UI that not only looks good, but works well under real-world conditions.

Basic Qualifications:

• Be a team player, not a hero coder—collaboration beats cleverness.
• Ask questions when stuck, share progress early, and be open to pairing when needed.
• Improve pages based on real user feedback, not just your own screen.
• Help spot UX issues, performance bottlenecks, or missing states (like loading or error).
• Refactor code when it starts to smell (we’ll help you spot it).

Preferred:

• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with a solid understanding of responsive web design.
• Willing to write documentation and comment code clearly for maintainability.
• Understands how to structure components, manage state, and handle props or events in modern frameworks.
• Background or interest in web development, UI/UX design, or software engineering.
• Can consume RESTful APIs or GraphQL endpoints and render dynamic content.
