Description:

We’re hiring a Warehouse Clerk Intern to join our fast-paced e-commerce fulfillment team — perfect for someone who’s organized, energetic, and eager to learn how online orders get out the door. You’ll start by getting familiar with safety protocols, protective gear, and how to work efficiently in cold or freezing temperatures. You’ll learn how to scan items into inventory, update records, and make sure products are stored in the right place. You’ll assist in staging shipments based on departure times, airline schedules, and final destinations. You’ll be trained to follow clear routines — organizing bins, labeling shelves, and keeping the warehouse clean and orderly. You’ll work alongside customs staff and logistics agents, learning how to prepare export and import documentation correctly. You’ll learn how to inspect products for damage, expiration, or mismatch before they’re stored or shipped. You’ll follow safety protocols specific to airside work, including visibility gear, restricted access zones, and time windows. You’ll assist in cleaning and sanitizing storage units and workstations to meet food-grade hygiene standards.

Basic Qualifications:

• Use inventory management systems to log incoming/outgoing goods and update stock levels.
• Communicate clearly with coworkers, delivery drivers, and team leads to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow shift schedules, clock in/out properly, and be punctual and dependable.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and help reconcile stock records with physical counts.
• Pick and pack items for orders based on packing slips or digital instructions.

Preferred:

• Enjoys organizing goods, supporting shipments, and contributing to smooth warehouse flow.
• Open to learning warehouse systems, software tools, or RFID tracking if needed by the role.
• Pays attention to shelf labeling, stock bin accuracy, and first-in-first-out (FIFO) practices.
• Background or interest in logistics, supply chain operations, or inventory management.
• Familiar with packing requirements for fragile, perishable, or international shipments.
