Description:

We’re looking for a creative and innovative UX/UI Designer to join our remote team and create exceptional user interfaces. You’ll be responsible for designing visually appealing interfaces while ensuring they are easy to use and navigate. You’ll collaborate with product managers and developers to create wireframes, prototypes, and final designs that meet user needs and business goals. You’ll conduct user research, create personas, and design user flows to inform the design process. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that the design system is consistent across all platforms and devices, creating cohesive experiences. You’ll work closely with developers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and optimize the user experience. You’ll follow design best practices and stay current with the latest trends in UX/UI design to keep our products competitive and user-friendly. You’ll ensure that designs are fully responsive, ensuring a smooth experience across various devices and screen sizes.

Basic Qualifications:

• Design onboarding flows, dashboards, forms, mobile navs, and other core components of SaaS or consumer apps.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile apps, ensuring a seamless and delightful user experience.
• Collaborate with QA or customer support teams to understand post-launch feedback and refine designs.
• Use tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Framer to create responsive, scalable, and component-based designs.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to turn ideas and requirements into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.

Preferred:

• Can manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
• Able to collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders remotely.
• Open to participating in team rituals like design critiques, sprints, and reviews.
• Stays updated on UI trends, emerging tools, and industry best practices.
• Experience designing user interfaces for web and/or mobile applications.
