Description:

We’re looking for Construction Worker Trainees to join our interior and exterior finishing crew — no experience required, just a careful hand, good attitude, and willingness to learn every day. Join us as a Construction Worker Trainee and we’ll help you learn from zero. You’ll begin with essential safety training, including how to wear protective gear and move safely on site. You’ll be trained by skilled finishers who know their craft and will show you how to work neatly, evenly, and with pride in your result. You’ll help lay tile, float walls, apply primer, cut corners (with tape, not attitude), and understand how small errors lead to big rework. Every tool you touch — we’ll teach you how to use it properly and safely, step by step. You’ll work closely with a mentor who’s been in the field and knows how to guide beginners with patience. You’ll be part of a crew that values respect over experience — if you listen, try, and care about the work, you’ll earn your place quickly. You’ll learn the importance of teamwork, punctuality, and clear communication on a construction site.

Basic Qualifications:

• Support traffic control or pedestrian redirection on public-facing construction projects.
• Transport materials via wheelbarrows, carts, or lifts and help stage them for easy access by the team.
• Help with setting forms for concrete or aligning structural components during foundation and framing work.
• Use hand signals or radios to communicate with crane or heavy equipment operators safely and clearly.
• Ultimately, help build safe, functional structures by performing hands-on tasks that keep the project moving forward every day.

Preferred:

• Willing to attend safety briefings, training sessions, or tool demos when required.
• Knows how to operate basic site equipment like wheelbarrows, ladders, or scaffolding.
• Thrives in active, physical environments with clear goals and strong teamwork.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions for extended periods.
• Can take direction from supervisors and ask clarifying questions when needed.
