Description:

We’re hiring a Warehouse Manager who knows how to turn 10,000 square feet of inventory into a perfectly tuned operation. You’ll run the floor like a pro, keeping people focused, inventory accurate, and orders flying out on time. You’ll enforce company protocols, maintain compliance with industry regulations, and lead by example in all areas of execution. You’ll monitor productivity, enforce safety, and keep deadlines from becoming suggestions. You’ll know exactly what’s in your warehouse, what’s leaving, and what’s arriving next — without checking twice. You’ll conduct regular audits to verify stock integrity, equipment readiness, and process consistency. You’ll track numbers daily, optimize layout flow, and always know which pallet should *not* be on that rack. You’ll make sure safety isn’t just a checklist — it’s baked into how your warehouse runs, from day one. You’ll collaborate with procurement, transportation, and sales to keep communication seamless.

Basic Qualifications:

• Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff—ensuring safety protocols, productivity standards, and performance expectations are consistently met.
• Lead by example—demonstrating accountability, clear communication, and hands-on problem-solving during peak periods.
• Coordinate closely with e-commerce or retail systems to sync inventory data and minimize stockouts or overselling.
• Maintain documentation for inbound shipments, inventory records, safety inspections, and equipment maintenance logs.
• Manage procurement of warehouse supplies and equipment, maintaining relationships with vendors and service providers.

Preferred:

• Familiar with inventory control systems, barcode scanners, and warehouse management software (WMS).
• Capable of creating reports and sharing operational insights with senior leadership.
• Experience overseeing daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
• Understands logistics processes and can coordinate with transportation and procurement teams.
• Pays close attention to order accuracy, stock levels, and quality control inspections.
