Description:

We’re looking for a talented and creative Digital Illustrator to join our team and bring visually stunning artwork to life. You’ll be responsible for producing original digital illustrations for various platforms, including websites, social media, and advertisements. You’ll collaborate with creative teams to develop concepts, storyboards, and designs that align with project goals and brand identity. You’ll use industry-standard software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other digital tools to create high-quality artwork. You’ll be expected to create original and innovative illustrations that convey messages clearly and artistically, engaging audiences effectively. You’ll adapt your illustration style to suit the project’s tone, whether it’s minimalist, detailed, or whimsical. You’ll ensure that all illustrations are scalable, properly formatted, and optimized for use across various platforms. You’ll work closely with art directors and project managers, offering creative input and iterating on designs based on feedback.

Basic Qualifications:

• Participate in design reviews, offering and receiving feedback constructively to improve the final output.
• Design characters, icons, scenes, or assets for animations, games, or interactive interfaces.
• Adjust illustrations to fit different aspect ratios, formats, or platforms (e.g., Instagram carousels vs web headers).
• Ensure your work respects licensing, copyright, and attribution requirements for all referenced or included elements.
• Work closely with creative directors, designers, or clients to understand the project vision and translate concepts into compelling visuals.

Preferred:

• Enjoys creating meaningful visuals that connect emotionally with audiences.
• Can adapt style depending on the target audience, client, or platform requirements.
• Able to follow creative briefs and collaborate with art directors or marketing teams.
• Background or interest in illustration, visual arts, game design, or branding.
• Proficient in digital illustration tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate, or Clip Studio Paint.
