Description:

We’re looking for a Waiter/Waitress who’s ready to start fresh — no experience required, just a great attitude, a willingness to learn, and a genuine interest in helping people feel welcome. You’ll greet each guest with authenticity, creating a relaxed and respectful atmosphere from the start. You’ll take food and drink orders clearly, repeat them with care, and make sure each table gets exactly what they expect — and more. You’ll check in throughout the meal, refill drinks, clear plates, and handle any concerns with professionalism and care. You’ll keep an eye on your tables, noticing when someone needs a refill, extra napkins, or just a friendly check-in. You’ll clear plates promptly, assist with dessert or coffee orders, and keep the flow smooth from start to finish. You’ll process payments, split checks when needed, and thank guests sincerely before they leave. You’ll follow hygiene and safety guidelines, keeping your station and service areas clean and organized at all times. You’ll follow all hygiene and safety standards, treating each shift with professionalism and responsibility.

Basic Qualifications:

• Be attentive without hovering—know when to check in and when to give guests space.
• Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
• Handle large parties or busy shifts calmly and efficiently without compromising service quality.
• Upsell appetizers, drinks, or desserts when appropriate to enhance the guest experience and boost sales.
• Keep your section clean and organized, resetting tables promptly for the next guests.

Preferred:

• Pays close attention to special dietary needs, allergies, or custom requests from guests.
• Experience working in restaurants, cafes, or hospitality environments with high guest interaction.
• Organized with table assignments, shift tasks, and keeping track of multiple customer requests.
• Able to greet customers warmly, explain menu items, and answer questions clearly and professionally.
• Wants to grow into roles like Head Waiter, Shift Lead, or Restaurant Manager.
