Description:

We’re seeking a Film Director who can lead projects with vision, discipline, and emotional intelligence — someone who sees film not just as entertainment, but as impact, language, and experience. You’ll be responsible for shaping the overall tone, pacing, and narrative of each project, guiding it from concept to final cut. From the first read to the final cut, you’ll shape the tone, rhythm, and depth of each story with precision and heart. You’ll direct casting, lead rehearsals, and bring out layered performances that feel honest, surprising, and fully human. You’ll make key decisions on shot composition, lighting, sound, and movement — all in service of the story. We’ll count on your ability to unify a diverse crew under one creative vision, while remaining open to input and adaptation. You’ll be deeply involved in pre-production, including shot lists, mood boards, color palettes, and visual research. You’ll collaborate across departments to balance ambition with feasibility, ensuring each team member feels guided and valued. On set, you’ll maintain momentum, focus, and morale while ensuring artistic integrity is never compromised.

Basic Qualifications:

• Create an environment where creativity thrives and every crew member feels valued.

• Supervise post-production by working closely with editors, sound designers, VFX artists, and colorists.
• Review and approve shot lists, storyboards, and schedules before each production day.
• Work closely with producers, writers, and department heads to align vision and logistics.

• Familiar with working under budget constraints while maintaining creative integrity.
• Passionate about crafting visually striking scenes that serve narrative and character arcs.
• Open to directing both live-action and hybrid/multimedia content depending on the project.
