We’re searching for a Digital Product Designer who blends aesthetic intuition with user-first thinking — someone who sees design as a tool for clarity, not decoration. You’re someone who gets excited about clean flows, intuitive interfaces, and elegant interactions that feel almost invisible when done right. You’ll take loosely defined ideas and shape them into clean, purposeful experiences through research, iteration, and collaboration. From wireframes to hi-fi mockups, from user research to final polish, you know how to own the entire design process — and you’re not afraid to ask questions along the way. You design with systems in mind but never forget the human on the other end of the screen. Whether it’s a mobile app, web platform, or internal tool, your work brings clarity, consistency, and delight to the experience. You’ll work with PMs, engineers, and content folks in an agile environment where feedback loops are fast, and ownership is shared. You think in components, flows, and responsive grids, but you also think in feelings — how something looks *and* how it makes someone feel.

Basic Qualifications:

• Own design projects from concept to handoff—working independently while syncing regularly with the team.
• Design for real-world constraints like time, tech limitations, and business goals—creativity thrives in boundaries.
• Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure visual consistency, scalability, and speed in the product development process.
• Be a design advocate in the team—championing great UX and keeping users at the center of every decision.
• Inject delight into the product where it makes sense—microinteractions, smooth transitions, clever copy.

Preferred:

• Enjoys solving complex problems through intuitive and elegant interfaces.
• Able to present design ideas and receive feedback without taking it personally.
• Knows how to prioritize tasks and deliver on tight deadlines.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and user-centered design.
• Pays attention to accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
