Description:

We’re looking for an Affiliate Marketing Assistant who’s organized, curious, and eager to dive into the world of digital partnerships. In this role, you’ll help maintain the daily rhythm of our affiliate program — assisting with recruitment, supporting ongoing campaigns, and keeping everything from tracking links to payout reports running smoothly. Whether you're preparing custom links, organizing promo assets, or helping track conversions, you bring a sense of order, energy, and attention to detail to everything you do. You’re detail-oriented but also people-savvy — able to write friendly, professional emails, troubleshoot basic questions, and follow up without being pushy. You’re someone who enjoys working with both people and processes — equally comfortable drafting a welcome message as you are cleaning up spreadsheets or pulling metrics from the dashboard. You’re the kind of person who likes working with both people and data — someone who can pivot from creating a spreadsheet to drafting a message without missing a beat.

Basic Qualifications:

• Proactively surface ideas to make the program more engaging, whether it’s gamification, bonuses, or better materials.
• Work with the analytics team to analyze traffic and conversions generated from affiliate efforts.
• Help test and validate affiliate tracking systems to ensure data is accurate and commissions are correctly attributed.
• Join affiliate webinars, training calls, or community chats to stay connected and informed.
• Track deadlines for affiliate promotions, campaigns, and payouts—no one likes to be paid late.

Preferred:

• Strong communication skills for reaching out to partners and handling follow-ups.
• Enjoys solving problems and making processes more efficient.
• Comfortable working remotely, managing tasks, and reporting progress.
• Wants to grow into roles like Affiliate Manager or Performance Marketing Specialist.
• Willing to learn about SEO, content marketing, and how traffic affects affiliate success.
