We’re hiring a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage and oversee the movement of goods and materials within our supply chain. You’ll be responsible for coordinating shipments, ensuring timely delivery, and managing inventory levels to meet demand. You’ll manage inventory levels, ensuring the right products are in stock and available for shipment when needed. You’ll update records, handle logistics software, and make sure everything stays accurate and current. You’ll assist with warehouse operations, ensuring goods are stored properly and easy to access for efficient order fulfillment. You’ll help maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking numbers, delivery confirmations, and invoices. Whether it’s tracking a shipment or fixing a supply issue on the fly, you’re always a step ahead. You love spreadsheets, but you also know when a quick phone call gets results faster. You bring clarity to chaos and create systems that others can rely on.

Basic Qualifications:

• Communicate clearly with customers regarding shipment ETAs, changes, or issues—maintaining professionalism and transparency.
• Use tools like Excel, SAP, NetSuite, or logistics software to track orders, shipments, and stock levels accurately.
• Track shipments using logistics platforms and provide real-time updates or reports to stakeholders and customers.
• Coordinate the movement of goods, materials, or shipments across local, regional, or international routes—ensuring timely delivery and compliance.
• Adapt to unexpected situations calmly—logistics involves moving targets, and flexibility is essential.

Preferred:

• Capable of multitasking in fast-paced environments while staying calm and methodical.
• Familiar with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or ERP systems like SAP, NetSuite, or Odoo.
• Familiar with logistics software, shipping platforms, or spreadsheets for tracking orders.
• Values organization, communication, and reliability in operational roles.
• Can suggest process improvements to reduce delays, errors, or inefficiencies in fulfillment.
