Description:

We’re hiring a Car Washer to help keep vehicles spotless, protected, and ready to impress — perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in presentation, and pays close attention to detail. You’ll clean both new and used cars before they’re delivered to customers or displayed on the lot. You’ll shampoo seats and carpets, clean air vents, scrub door jambs, and polish trim with precision and care. You’ll vacuum interiors, clean windows, wipe dashboards, and freshen up seats without needing access to fixed facilities. You’ll follow a detailed checklist for each service package, ensuring consistent quality across all jobs. You’ll carefully inspect each vehicle before and after service to identify scratches, stains, or hidden debris that need extra attention. You’ll assist in moving cars around the lot or into detailing bays using care and awareness of dealership property. You’ll work on luxury cars, daily drivers, SUVs, and even motorcycles — each one requiring unique care and techniques. You’ll be trained to handle equipment, chemicals, and customer vehicles safely and professionally.

Basic Qualifications:

• Keep an eye on water usage and cleaning material levels, restocking supplies as needed.
• Work efficiently to meet time expectations without sacrificing quality or thoroughness.
• Be flexible and adapt to weather conditions if working in outdoor or mobile car wash services.
• Deliver top-quality service that keeps customers returning and recommending the business.
• Handle customer requests politely—whether it’s a quick exterior wash or a full detail service.

Preferred:

• Willing to assist with prepping vehicles before service (e.g., removing debris, rinsing, taping delicate areas).
• Understands the importance of protecting vehicle surfaces and avoiding scratches or streaks.
• Organized with managing daily cleaning tasks, checklists, and time-efficient car wash routines.
• Able to complete services on time while maintaining quality standards.

You’ll explain services to customers, help with upgrades, and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded. You’ll work alongside sales and service teams to ensure vehicles are ready exactly when needed — no delays or re-washes. You’ll receive mentorship from senior detailers or porters who’ll help you grow into advanced prep or lot roles. You’ll rotate between day and evening shifts depending on scheduling needs and fleet traffic flow.
