We’re looking for a Waiter/Waitress who thrives in a lively atmosphere and knows how to bring positive energy to every table — someone who’s fast on their feet, friendly by nature, and focused on delivering excellent service. You’ll greet guests with a smile, guide them through the menu, and answer questions with clarity and enthusiasm. You’ll start by shadowing experienced staff and slowly take on more tables as your confidence grows. You’ll learn the menu, including ingredients and common allergens, so you can answer questions and offer helpful suggestions. You’ll manage your section efficiently, balancing multiple tables while keeping attention to detail and calm energy. You’ll clear plates promptly, assist with dessert or coffee orders, and keep the flow smooth from start to finish. You’ll support a clean, organized dining area and help reset tables quickly for the next group of guests. You’ll help clear and reset tables efficiently, keeping the dining room clean and inviting for the next party. You’ll process payments quickly and accurately, handle split checks, and ensure guests leave satisfied and appreciated.

Basic Qualifications:

• Stay familiar with the full menu—including drinks, desserts, and seasonal items—to provide great recommendations.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system efficiently.
• Learn and grow through feedback from managers, guests, and teammates.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols, including sanitizing tables and handling utensils properly.
• Greet guests with a warm smile and guide them to their table, making them feel welcome right away.

Preferred:

• Able to coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and correct delivery of orders.
• Familiar with handling large parties, outdoor seating, or event service when needed.
• Comfortable working under time pressure while keeping a positive attitude.
• Can recommend upsells such as desserts, drinks, or side dishes to enhance customer experience.
• Willing to refill drinks, clear plates promptly, and check in without being intrusive.
