Description:

We’re hiring a Car Washer to help keep vehicles spotless, protected, and ready to impress — perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in presentation, and pays close attention to detail. You’ll clean the exterior of cars using pressure washers, foam sprayers, brushes, and drying towels with speed and precision. You’ll assist in washing undercarriages, wheel wells, fuel tanks, and large mirrors to meet safety and appearance standards. You’ll assist with applying wax, tire shine, and protective coatings to enhance vehicle appearance and longevity. You’ll be trained to safely use ladders, scaffolding, and long-handled tools when working on taller vehicles or roof areas. You’ll work with new arrivals from transport trucks, removing stickers, cleaning protective wraps, and restoring shine. You’ll use eco-friendly products and low-water techniques to minimize environmental impact and maximize customer satisfaction. You’ll monitor water pressure, chemical usage, and equipment performance throughout the cleaning process. You’ll keep your workspace spotless and your tools clean and organized between vehicles.

Basic Qualifications:

• Take pride in making each car look its best, from economy models to luxury vehicles.
• Use the correct cleaning products and techniques based on vehicle type, paint, and interior materials.
• Support team members during peak times by helping with vacuuming, drying, or prepping cars.
• Help maintain equipment and notify the team of any maintenance issues or malfunctions.
• Report any visible vehicle damage to supervisors before starting the cleaning process.

Preferred:

• Willing to assist with cleaning work areas, maintaining tools, or restocking supplies.
• Willing to assist with prepping vehicles before service (e.g., removing debris, rinsing, taping delicate areas).
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and staying on task during busy periods.
• Willing to handle all types of vehicles including sedans, SUVs, trucks, or luxury models.
• Enjoys making cars look spotless and seeing immediate results of hands-on effort.

You’ll help refill soaps, clean tools, empty trash bins, and maintain a tidy work area throughout your shift. You’ll wear proper gear and follow dealership safety and cleanliness procedures at all times. You’ll communicate with the team to stay in sync during peak hours and keep wait times low. You’ll work under time constraints during peak fleet return hours, maintaining speed without sacrificing accuracy. You’ll be expected to maintain speed without rushing — the goal is perfection, not just cleanliness. You’ll photograph before-and-after shots for customer satisfaction or portfolio use if needed.
