Description:

We’re looking for a talented and creative Content Writer to join our remote team and help produce high-quality, engaging content. You’ll be responsible for writing blog posts, articles, website copy, and other content that aligns with our brand’s voice and values. You’ll work with the marketing and design teams to create content that supports campaigns, drives traffic, and encourages conversions. You’ll conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and audience needs to create relevant and impactful content. You’ll optimize content for SEO, ensuring articles are keyword-rich and rank well in search engines. You’ll craft compelling headlines, descriptions, and calls to action that drive engagement and encourage audience interaction. You’ll write compelling copy for email campaigns, landing pages, and social media to increase engagement and conversions. You’ll ensure all content is on-brand, consistent, and error-free, adhering to company guidelines and best practices. You’ll monitor and analyze content performance, using insights to refine strategies and improve engagement over time.

Basic Qualifications:

• Meet deadlines consistently while managing multiple projects, tracking progress with tools like Trello, Notion, or Google Docs.
• Follow content briefs carefully while still applying creativity and critical thinking.
• Adapt writing tone for different formats and audiences, whether it’s a how-to article, thought leadership piece, or casual social caption.
• Optimize content structure for readability using headings, bullet points, clear formatting, and internal linking best practices.
• Write content that drives traffic, encourages engagement, or supports conversions—depending on the project goal.

Preferred:

• Organized with writing projects and can manage multiple assignments remotely.
• Familiar with content formats like how-tos, listicles, interviews, and case studies.
• Thrives in remote work environments with creative freedom and clear expectations.
• Knows how to write introductions and conclusions that create impact and drive retention.
• Background or interest in journalism, creative writing, digital marketing, or communications.
