Description:

We’re hiring a Cleaner Trainee for night shifts in a shopping mall — a role for someone who enjoys calm, structured work and takes pride in visible results. You’ll begin by learning daily cleaning routines — from vacuuming carpets to wiping down desks and disinfecting high-touch areas. You’ll assist with emptying trash bins, recycling paper properly, and replacing liners in all shared workspaces. You’ll be trained to follow infection control protocols, including the use of approved disinfectants and disposable materials. You’ll help manage waste — sorting general, recyclable, and medical waste according to hospital policy. You’ll support floor care by sweeping, mopping, and spot-cleaning spills, making sure all areas are safe and dry. You’ll follow zone-based checklists and time schedules to ensure nothing is missed during overnight routines. You’ll learn how to mop and sanitize floors using hospital-approved cleaning agents and specialized tools. You’ll wear safety gear and learn to place caution signs properly when working with wet floors or cleaning chemicals.

Basic Qualifications:

• Adapt routines during special events, deep-cleaning days, or seasonal shifts.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
• Wear appropriate protective gear like gloves or masks as needed for specific tasks.
• Replenish supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels in restrooms and break rooms.
• Record completed tasks when required for accountability or quality control.
