Description:

We’re hiring a proactive Junior Project Manager to assist with organizing and executing projects efficiently and on time. You’ll be responsible for supporting the project planning process, including setting timelines, assigning tasks, and tracking deliverables. You’ll monitor the status of ongoing projects, tracking deadlines and deliverables to ensure everything stays on track. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle. You’ll help maintain project documentation, ensuring all records are organized and accessible for team members. You’ll support senior project managers by tracking and reporting key project metrics to help evaluate success and performance. You’ll support project documentation, including preparing project charters, status reports, and post-project evaluations. You’ll help identify project risks and assist in implementing mitigation strategies to avoid delays or issues.

Basic Qualifications:

• Coordinate deliverables and asset handoffs between departments or external vendors to keep momentum steady.
• Document SOPs and recurring workflows so the team can repeat success without reinventing the wheel.
• Track project budgets, hours, or costs when needed—making sure work stays within scope and timeframes.
• Maintain clear records of changes in timelines, scope, or feedback—so the team isn’t guessing what changed and why.
• Help define scope, deliverables, and resource needs for small-to-mid scale projects under guidance from senior PMs.

Preferred:

• Organized and detail-oriented when tracking deadlines, priorities, and dependencies.
• Understands the importance of project status updates, reporting, and transparency.
• Wants to grow into roles like Project Manager, Program Manager, or Operations Lead.
• Understands the value of scope control and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Familiar with tools such as Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or Jira for task and progress tracking.
