Description:

We’re looking for a Remote Influencer Outreach Specialist who understands that great partnerships start with great communication. You’ll be the connector between our brand and the voices that influence our audience — thoughtfully, not transactionally. You’ll reach out with purpose — no mass emails, just thoughtful, researched messages that show we value creators. You’ll research creators' content, tone, and community to ensure a natural fit before reaching out. You’ll keep a clear pipeline of contacts, follow-ups, confirmed partnerships, and pending deals. You’ll work closely with marketing to ensure influencer collaborations align with ongoing campaigns and brand goals. You’ll negotiate deals, handle logistics, and make sure creators have everything they need to represent us well. You know how to spot authentic engagement vs. You’ll evaluate influencers not only by follower count, but by authenticity, engagement, and niche alignment.

Basic Qualifications:

• Assist with writing compelling, benefit-driven product descriptions that convert, using clear formatting and SEO keywords.
• Test website functionality regularly—checking links, buttons, checkout process, and mobile responsiveness.
• Continuously look for ways to improve product pages, fulfillment flow, or customer experience.
• Keep documentation organized—product specs, supplier details, SKU lists, and SOPs ready to scale.
• Respond to refund requests, complaints, or chargebacks with professionalism, aiming to retain customer goodwill.

Preferred:

• Organized with task tracking, daily checklists, and regular performance reviews.
• Knows how to use Shopify apps for upsells, timers, or abandoned cart recovery.
• Eager to grow into roles like Store Manager, Product Researcher, or Marketing Assistant.
• Understands the importance of fast response time and reliable fulfillment.
• Comfortable using tools like Oberlo, DSers, or AutoDS for product sourcing and fulfillment.
