Description:

We’re looking for a skilled Discord Server Designer to create an engaging, organized, and welcoming environment for our community. You’ll be the mastermind behind the server’s structure, making sure it’s intuitive, engaging, and easy for everyone to navigate. You’ll customize roles, permissions, and categories to match the needs of different user groups within the server. Your creative touch will be seen in custom server graphics — from emotes and banners to background images that capture the community’s spirit. You’ll ensure that each server is organized, clean, and functional while still reflecting the brand’s personality and tone. You’ll ensure that each server section has a clear purpose and intuitive navigation for seamless user experience. You’ll ensure the server is structured for optimal user engagement, keeping it organized and user-friendly at all times. You’ll create clear guidelines for server usage, maintaining a balance between structure and freedom. You understand the importance of balancing design with usability, making sure every user feels like they belong.

Basic Qualifications:

• Configure automation tools and bot integrations for moderation, announcements, leveling systems, or custom commands.
• Support multilingual or multi-region setups by designing separate zones or language-specific roles if needed.
• Document the server architecture, role hierarchies, and bot setups for easy maintenance or future handoffs.
• Craft server aesthetics—from emojis and banners to role colors and channel icons—that match the brand or community vibe.
• Set up onboarding flows, welcome messages, and verification systems using bots like MEE6, Carl-bot, or custom scripts.

Preferred:

• Wants to build Discord communities that are fun, functional, and future-proof.
• Able to design intuitive server layouts with welcome channels, rules, and role assignment flows.
• Comfortable customizing emojis, server icons, banners, and visual branding elements.
• Pays attention to user experience, clarity, and aesthetics in server organization.
• Keeps up with Discord feature updates and knows how to implement new tools effectively.

You’ll develop guides and documentation to ensure the team and community can easily manage the server.
