We’re hiring a Waiter/Waitress who knows that great service is about more than taking orders — it’s about creating a warm, welcoming experience that guests remember. You’ll welcome guests with a genuine smile, make them feel comfortable, and ensure they’re taken care of from the moment they sit down. You’ll take food and drink orders accurately, communicate with the kitchen, and ensure each dish is delivered on time and just right. You’ll manage several tables at once, always keeping a calm rhythm and focusing on the experience, not just the speed. You’ll learn the menu thoroughly so you can explain dishes, suggest pairings, and answer allergy or ingredient questions with confidence. You’ll be shown how to carry plates, handle drinks, and deliver food safely and professionally. You’ll help clear tables, reset them quickly, and keep the dining area looking clean and inviting. You’ll follow hygiene and safety guidelines, keeping your station and service areas clean and organized at all times. You’ll process payments quickly and accurately, handle split checks, and ensure guests leave satisfied and appreciated.

Basic Qualifications:

• Handle large parties or busy shifts calmly and efficiently without compromising service quality.
• Balance multiple tables while staying friendly, organized, and alert.
• Handle requests, complaints, or substitutions with patience and professionalism.
• Stay positive, even on long shifts or tough nights—your energy sets the tone for the room.
• Support host staff and bussers when needed to keep the dining flow smooth.

Preferred:

• Can handle complaints calmly and offer solutions or escalate to supervisors when needed.
• Comfortable carrying trays, serving multiple tables, and maintaining a clean and organized station.
• Comfortable working under time pressure while keeping a positive attitude.
• Experience working in restaurants, cafes, or hospitality environments with high guest interaction.
• Understands hygiene standards and safe food handling procedures.
