Description:

We’re hiring a Car Washer to join our dealership team — perfect for someone who takes pride in keeping vehicles showroom-ready and understands the importance of first impressions. You’ll clean the exterior of cars using pressure washers, foam sprayers, brushes, and drying towels with speed and precision. You’ll shampoo seats and carpets, clean air vents, scrub door jambs, and polish trim with precision and care. You’ll work in teams to cover large surface areas quickly and safely, rotating between different parts of the vehicle during the wash cycle. You’ll be trained to use buffers, extractors, steamer machines, and fine-detail brushes to achieve professional-level results. You’ll help move vehicles in and out of wash bays or drying areas, ensuring proper spacing and flow of traffic. You’ll assist in moving cars around the lot or into detailing bays using care and awareness of dealership property. You’ll keep your tools, bottles, hoses, and tanks organized and fully stocked between visits. You’ll help stage vehicles for cleaning, back them out safely after washing, and assist in organizing fleet rows.

Basic Qualifications:

• Apply waxes, polishes, or protective coatings by hand or machine as requested.
• Handle customer requests politely—whether it’s a quick exterior wash or a full detail service.
• Follow instructions carefully and ask questions if unsure about a product or procedure.
• Handle delicate parts such as antennas, sensors, or emblems with care during washing.
• Wear appropriate attire and safety gear like gloves or waterproof shoes as needed.

Preferred:

• Willing to handle all types of vehicles including sedans, SUVs, trucks, or luxury models.
• Enjoys making cars look spotless and seeing immediate results of hands-on effort.
• Understands the importance of protecting vehicle surfaces and avoiding scratches or streaks.
• Pays attention to product usage, chemical safety, and eco-friendly water-saving techniques where applicable.
• Willing to assist with cleaning work areas, maintaining tools, or restocking supplies.

You’ll help refill soaps, clean tools, empty trash bins, and maintain a tidy work area throughout your shift.
