Description:

We’re hiring a Warehouse Clerk Intern to join our fast-paced e-commerce fulfillment team — perfect for someone who’s organized, energetic, and eager to learn how online orders get out the door. You’ll start by getting familiar with safety protocols, protective gear, and how to work efficiently in cold or freezing temperatures. You’ll learn how to weigh, measure, and label goods in accordance with airline and freight regulations. You’ll be trained to scan, label, and store items quickly to minimize exposure and maintain cold chain compliance. You’ll help organize products by category, rotation date, and shelf life to ensure accurate stock levels and freshness. You’ll work alongside customs staff and logistics agents, learning how to prepare export and import documentation correctly. You’ll assist in restocking, moving pallets, and rearranging sections to prepare for the next day’s operations. You’ll be part of regular cycle counts, learning how inventory is tracked and discrepancies are resolved. You’ll assist in cleaning and sanitizing storage units and workstations to meet food-grade hygiene standards.

Basic Qualifications:

• Conduct regular inventory counts and help reconcile stock records with physical counts.
• Assist in cycle counts, audits, and other warehouse reporting activities as assigned.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment like pallet jacks, scanners, or handheld inventory tools.
• Keep warehouse shelves, aisles, and stations organized and free from clutter or safety hazards.
• Take initiative to improve workflow or solve small issues before they escalate.

Preferred:

• Values reliability, accuracy, and teamwork in operational environments.
• Familiar with receiving shipments, checking delivery documents, and inspecting goods for damage or accuracy.
• Experience working in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or distribution environment.
• Pays attention to shelf labeling, stock bin accuracy, and first-in-first-out (FIFO) practices.
• Willing to work flexible shifts including early mornings, weekends, or overtime when required.
