Description:

We’re looking for an Email Marketing Assistant to support our team in creating and executing effective email campaigns. You’ll help write, design, and schedule emails that promote products, events, and brand content to engage our audience. You’ll assist with creating visually appealing email templates that are consistent with the brand and optimize user experience. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to ensure that email campaigns align with the overall strategy and business goals. You’ll help optimize email content for mobile devices, ensuring emails are responsive and user-friendly. You’ll track and analyze email campaign metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, to refine strategies. You’ll help create email automation workflows to nurture leads, improve customer retention, and support marketing campaigns. You’ll assist in setting up automated email workflows to nurture leads and support customer retention.

Basic Qualifications:

• Work with content, design, or sales teams to align email messages with product launches, events, or seasonal promotions.
• Write or edit subject lines, preview text, and email copy that matches brand tone and drives opens and clicks.
• Be proactive—flag low-performing campaigns or suggest new angles even if you're not the strategist.
• Help design visually appealing email templates that are mobile-responsive and accessible across devices.
• Maintain subscriber lists—cleaning bounces, removing duplicates, and ensuring compliance with privacy laws like GDPR/CCPA.

Preferred:

• Enjoys combining data and creativity to improve results and audience engagement.
• Understands how to clean mailing lists, manage unsubscribes, and maintain deliverability.
• Curious about improving email performance through testing and iteration.

You’ll help develop strategies for increasing open rates, reducing unsubscribes, and improving overall campaign effectiveness. You’ll stay informed on the latest email marketing trends and best practices, incorporating fresh ideas into campaigns.
