Just graduated or switching careers? You’ll train with modern imaging equipment used in emergency rooms, trauma units, and diagnostic labs across the hospital. From day one, we’ll train you on safety protocols, positioning techniques, and how to work closely with patients of all ages and conditions. You’ll assist in urgent situations — car accidents, fractures, internal injuries — where every second and every image counts. You’ll learn to operate advanced machines with accuracy while keeping your focus on the human being lying in front of you. We’ll teach you how to read imaging requests, set exposure levels, and align equipment to capture the clearest views. Expect a blend of hands-on learning, detailed technical training, and compassionate patient interaction. Here, you won’t just press buttons — you’ll help keep the entire diagnostic process moving. You’ll develop strong communication skills, because in smaller hospitals, everyone relies on each other more directly.

Basic Qualifications:

• Operate X-ray, CT, or MRI equipment with precision and care to capture high-quality diagnostic images.
• Provide input to improve imaging protocols, patient comfort, or workflow efficiency.
• Communicate clearly with doctors, nurses, and patients to ensure smooth workflow.
• Support a positive, respectful environment in high-pressure clinical settings.
• Stay up to date on new imaging techniques, safety procedures, and medical regulations.

Preferred:

• Open to working in a rotating schedule that includes nights, weekends, or on-call shifts.
• Able to explain procedures to patients, position them correctly, and ensure their comfort and safety.
• Capable of recognizing artifacts or errors and repeating scans when necessary to ensure diagnostic quality.
• Follows HIPAA regulations and ensures complete privacy and confidentiality for all patients.
• Can collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other care team members to coordinate care.
