Description:

We’re looking for an Email Marketing Assistant to support our team in creating and executing effective email campaigns. You’ll help write, design, and schedule emails that promote products, events, and brand content to engage our audience. You’ll assist in creating visually appealing email templates and optimize them for different devices and email clients. You’ll help manage and segment email lists to target the right audience with personalized, relevant content. You’ll help segment email lists to target specific audiences and improve engagement with personalized content. You’ll track email campaign performance, generating reports on open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to guide strategy. You’ll assist with A/B testing, experimenting with subject lines, CTAs, and designs to improve the effectiveness of emails. You’ll work with the marketing team to align email strategies with larger business objectives, including product launches and promotions.

Basic Qualifications:

• Help design visually appealing email templates that are mobile-responsive and accessible across devices.
• Segment subscriber lists based on behavior, location, or engagement to ensure emails are targeted and relevant.
• Coordinate A/B tests for subject lines, CTAs, send times, or layout variations to optimize performance.
• Work with content, design, or sales teams to align email messages with product launches, events, or seasonal promotions.
• Participate in team meetings, content planning, and campaign retros to share feedback and learn what’s working.

Preferred:

• Knows how to organize and tag subscribers based on actions or interests.
• Can help repurpose blog content, product updates, or promotional materials for email.
• Basic understanding of email marketing principles, including audience segmentation and A/B testing.
• Curious about improving email performance through testing and iteration.
• Enjoys combining data and creativity to improve results and audience engagement.
