Description:

We’re looking for a creative Social Media Manager to develop and execute social media strategies that enhance our brand’s digital presence. You’ll manage the brand’s social media profiles, crafting engaging posts, and interacting with our community on various platforms. You’ll be responsible for curating content, writing copy, and creating visuals that resonate with our audience and reflect the brand’s values. You’ll monitor and analyze social media metrics, adjusting strategies based on engagement, growth, and performance data. You’ll stay informed about the latest social media trends, incorporating new features, tools, and tactics into campaigns. You’ll collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with larger brand initiatives and goals. You’ll monitor brand mentions, engage with followers, and foster relationships to create a loyal online community. You’ll manage social media advertising campaigns, ensuring paid promotions are effective and within budget.

Basic Qualifications:

• Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely, friendly voice that reflects the brand's personality.
• Ensure all posts follow brand voice, tone, visual guidelines, and accessibility standards (alt text, readable fonts, etc.).
• Experiment with new formats like polls, AMAs, or carousels to boost engagement and test what resonates.
• Schedule posts in advance but stay ready to pivot when real-time opportunities arise.
• Ultimately, turn followers into fans, fans into customers, and customers into a community.

Preferred:

• Can develop strategies for product launches, brand awareness, or user-generated content.
• Comfortable presenting ideas, strategies, or performance to stakeholders.
• Comfortable with basic graphic design tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Express.
• Knows how to grow both engagement and followers organically over time.
• Experience launching or supporting paid ads, influencer collaborations, or giveaways is a plus.
