Whether you’re filming on your phone or editing with your computer, you’ll be responsible for ensuring every video is engaging and perfectly timed.

Basic Qualifications:

• Work closely with content creators or marketers to understand the story and bring it to life visually.
• Coordinate posting schedules with the social team to hit peak engagement windows.
• Help develop recurring content series that can build audience expectations and brand consistency.
• Color-grade, caption, and format videos so they look polished while still feeling native to Instagram.
• Keep up with Instagram Reels trends, audio memes, and platform updates to ensure content stays relevant.

Preferred:

• Comfortable working with raw footage and selecting the most engaging clips.
• Strong eye for visual aesthetics, color grading, and composition.
• Has a strong sense of pacing, rhythm, and storytelling within 30-60 seconds.
• Understands how to match video cuts with music beats and trending audio.
• Enjoys filming and editing both lifestyle and promotional content.
