Description:

We’re searching for an Interior Designer who approaches space as a strategic tool — someone who can translate identity, purpose, and flow into clear spatial narratives that support how people live and work. You’ll lead design projects from concept development through execution, focusing on both aesthetic excellence and functional outcomes. You’ll lead the development of mood boards, floor plans, 3D visualizations, and detailed design presentations. We’ll rely on your ability to bring warmth and clarity to interiors — creating rooms that feel effortless, yet thoughtfully composed. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, and branding experts to ensure cohesion from concept to reality. You’ll select materials that are as practical as they are beautiful, ensuring comfort, durability, and long-term enjoyment. You’ll be on-site during key phases to guide execution, solve design challenges, and protect the original vision. You’ll work hand-in-hand with lighting designers, furniture makers, and stylists to elevate every element of the space. You’ll also help clients see possibilities they never imagined — then show them how to make it real.

Basic Qualifications:

• Create presentations that not only show the look—but explain the logic and feel behind it.
• Attend site visits regularly to check progress and troubleshoot issues early.
• Balance color palettes, textures, and lighting to create cohesive atmospheres.
• Select materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes that align with the vision and budget.
• Guide clients through the design process—from first consultation to final styling day.

Preferred:

• Background or strong passion in interior design, architecture, spatial planning, or environmental design.
• Values beauty, functionality, and human-centered thinking in every space designed.
• Wants to grow into roles like Senior Interior Designer, Project Lead, or Creative Director.
• Experience designing residential, commercial, or hospitality interiors with attention to both aesthetics and functionality.
• Understands how to incorporate brand identity into corporate or commercial interior spaces.
