Description:

We’re hiring a talented UX/UI Designer to join our remote team and create engaging, user-friendly digital experiences. You’ll be responsible for designing visually appealing interfaces while ensuring they are easy to use and navigate. You’ll collaborate with product teams, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and transform them into elegant design solutions. You’ll create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design solutions. You’ll conduct user research, including usability testing, surveys, and interviews, to gather insights that inform design decisions. You’ll ensure your designs are consistent with the brand’s identity while providing a polished, modern, and user-centric experience. You’ll create and maintain a design system, ensuring consistency across products and aligning with brand guidelines. You’ll participate in design critiques and collaborate with the team to improve and refine designs before final delivery.

Basic Qualifications:

• Balance aesthetic quality with practical UX—your designs should feel beautiful *and* get users where they need to go.
• Design onboarding flows, dashboards, forms, mobile navs, and other core components of SaaS or consumer apps.
• Test and validate design concepts through usability testing, A/B testing, or analytics review—UX is never done, it evolves.
• Translate user stories and product specs into clean, user-friendly interfaces that balance form and function.
• Ultimately, design with empathy, clarity, and purpose—so users can enjoy products that just make sense.

Preferred:

• Can follow brand guidelines while adding user-friendly improvements.
• Understands how to translate research findings into intuitive interface solutions.
• Familiar with responsive design and how to optimize layouts for different devices.
• Enjoys solving user problems and making digital products feel simple and intuitive.
• Knows how to conduct basic user research, usability testing, and gather actionable feedback.
