Description:

We’re hiring a motivated and organized E-commerce Assistant to support the daily management of our online store. You’ll assist in managing product listings, ensuring they are up-to-date with accurate details, images, and pricing. You’ll assist in order processing, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues related to delivery or returns. You’ll help monitor inventory levels, ensuring products are stocked and available for customers to purchase. You’ll support the marketing team in implementing online promotions, sales events, and product launch campaigns. You’ll assist with customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a positive shopping experience. You’ll monitor the performance of product pages and optimize them for better visibility and higher conversion rates. You’ll monitor and report on sales data, providing insights to help improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Basic Qualifications:

• Balance accuracy and speed when updating listings—details matter, but ecommerce moves fast.
• Stay informed about platform updates, policy changes, or algorithm shifts that may impact store visibility or operations.
• Prepare product feeds for marketplaces or ads (e.g., Google Shopping, Meta Ads) and ensure clean data formatting.
• Support the SEO optimization of product listings by researching keywords and improving meta tags and URLs.
• Keep digital assets organized—images, descriptions, spec sheets—so they’re easy to reuse and scale.

Preferred:

• Experience working with Canva or Photoshop to create or edit product visuals is a plus.
• Enjoys working behind the scenes to keep online stores running smoothly.
• Understands the importance of mobile responsiveness and consistency across devices.
• Able to identify issues like broken links, image errors, or pricing mistakes and take action.
• Wants to grow into roles like E-commerce Manager, Product Coordinator, or Storefront Lead.
