We’re hiring a Copywriter / Content Trainee to work alongside AI tools like ChatGPT and Notion AI — no experience needed, just critical thinking, editing skills, and curiosity about smart content workflows. You’ll learn how to write microcopy: button labels, tooltips, error messages, empty states, and onboarding screens. We’ll teach you how to structure headlines, leads, and story arcs that grab attention and keep people reading. You’ll work closely with designers, product managers, and developers to craft clear, intentional text across interfaces. Expect to rewrite confusing labels, break long instructions into steps, and add warmth or clarity to default system messages. You’ll help create copy for forms, modals, dropdowns, confirmation messages, and mobile flows. We’ll train you to write in different voices — professional, casual, warm, witty — depending on the audience and platform. You’ll help write articles, product stories, bios, content for social media, and even brand manifestos. You’ll gain experience across content formats — from web copy to in-app messages — learning where AI helps and where it can’t replace real instinct.

Basic Qualifications:

• Pitch story ideas that feel fresh, relevant, and aligned with brand or publication direction.
• Write fast without sacrificing clarity or craft when news or deadlines demand it.
