Description:

We’re hiring a Remote Sales Representative who blends strategy with empathy and knows that every sale starts with a conversation — not a pitch. You’ll be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle from first contact to close, doing it all remotely with confidence and clarity. In this fully remote role, you’ll manage a diverse pipeline, follow up with leads across multiple channels, and guide prospects through the decision-making process with confidence and clarity. Working remotely, you’ll manage your own schedule, qualify inbound and outbound leads, and maintain a healthy pipeline with discipline and drive. You treat every call, email, and DM as an opportunity to build trust and start a relationship — not just make a sale. Remote doesn’t mean distant to you — you’re responsive, available, and know how to build strong relationships over email, video, and calls. CRMs, sales funnels, and follow-up flows are part of your natural workflow, and you’re not afraid to experiment with new outreach strategies or messaging angles. You’ll partner closely with our internal teams to provide customer feedback, improve materials, and make sure we’re aligned on who we’re serving and how.

Basic Qualifications:

• Manage your calendar, inbox, and task list with discipline—remote work requires self-organization.
• Listen to client needs and tailor your pitch to show how our solution solves their real problems—not just deliver a canned demo.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and identify hot leads or campaign opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle remotely—from initial contact to closing the deal and handling handoff to account managers.
• Follow up with leads consistently, providing value and answering objections without sounding pushy or robotic.

Preferred:

• Takes rejection professionally and uses it as motivation to improve approach.
• Experience in outbound or inbound sales, customer outreach, or lead generation.
• Able to track and analyze performance metrics like conversion rate and deal size.
• Comfortable with cold calling, lead qualification, and pitching product value.
• Understands basic sales funnels and how to move prospects toward conversion.
