Description:

We’re looking for a talented Digital Illustrator to join our team and help create visually captivating designs for digital media. You’ll be responsible for creating original, high-quality digital illustrations for websites, mobile apps, marketing materials, and social media content. You’ll collaborate with creative teams to develop concepts, storyboards, and designs that align with project goals and brand identity. You’ll use industry-standard software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other digital tools to create high-quality artwork. You’ll contribute to the development of visual concepts, storyboards, and illustrations that engage audiences and communicate ideas effectively. You’ll adapt your illustration style to match different project requirements, from corporate branding to fun and quirky graphics. You’ll work on both long-term and short-term projects, managing multiple deadlines while maintaining a high standard of creativity and precision. You’ll work closely with art directors and project managers, offering creative input and iterating on designs based on feedback.

Basic Qualifications:

• Collaborate with copywriters, UX designers, or marketers to align illustration with messaging and content strategy.
• Document processes, color palettes, and brush settings for future reference or team sharing.
• Ensure accessibility and inclusivity are reflected in the visual language—diverse characters, clear storytelling, and intentional choices.
• Develop moodboards, style guides, or concept sketches during the early phase of creative development.
• Deliver final artwork in multiple file formats (PNG, SVG, PSD, AI, etc.) optimized for both web and print usage.

Preferred:

• Willing to create work in collaboration with designers, writers, and developers.
• Wants to grow into roles like Lead Illustrator, Concept Artist, or Art Director.
• Can design for print (posters, stickers, packaging) and/or digital (NFTs, web assets, mobile apps).
• Thrives in creative, feedback-driven, and deadline-focused remote teams.
• Comfortable working under tight deadlines while maintaining creativity and originality.
