Description:

We’re looking for a talented and creative Content Writer to join our remote team and help produce high-quality, engaging content. You’ll write clear, concise, and engaging articles, blog posts, social media content, and website copy that align with our messaging. You’ll collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that help increase visibility, traffic, and conversions. You’ll conduct thorough research on industry trends, audience preferences, and competitive content to create relevant and fresh material. You’ll optimize content for SEO, ensuring articles are structured with keywords that help improve search engine rankings. You’ll craft compelling headlines, descriptions, and calls to action that drive engagement and encourage audience interaction. You’ll write compelling copy for email campaigns, landing pages, product descriptions, and more to drive customer action. You’ll ensure consistency in the brand’s voice and tone across all written content, maintaining a unified message. You’ll monitor and analyze content performance, using insights to refine strategies and improve engagement over time.

Basic Qualifications:

• Balance speed and depth—know when a piece needs to be thorough, and when it just needs to be useful.
• Support content calendars by submitting work on time and helping plan around launches, seasons, or trends.
• Follow content briefs carefully while still applying creativity and critical thinking.
• Write engaging, well-researched, and original content for blogs, websites, newsletters, and social media posts that matches the brand voice.
• Collaborate with editors, SEO strategists, and designers to align content with overall marketing goals and content calendars.

Preferred:

• Can follow editorial calendars and deliver content consistently on time.
• Understands how to structure content with headers, subheadings, and logical flow.
• Knows how to write introductions and conclusions that create impact and drive retention.
• Can proofread and edit content for tone, structure, and engagement value.
• Capable of rewriting or repurposing existing content to improve quality and performance.
