Description:

We’re looking for a detail-obsessed, creative-thinking Etsy Shop Manager to help run and grow our online storefront with style and strategy. You’ll be responsible for everything from product listings to customer service, ensuring the shop looks sharp and runs smoothly. You know how to write listings that not only describe the product but sell the story behind it. You’ll manage orders, update tracking info, and keep our fulfillment process smooth and stress-free. You’re comfortable analyzing Etsy analytics and turning numbers into actions that grow revenue and engagement. You’re someone who loves turning messy backlogs into organized workflows and clear to-do lists. You’ll reply to customer messages with empathy and professionalism, turning even the smallest complaint into a great experience. You’ll also work closely with our production or design team to ensure accurate listings and timely updates. Your organizational skills keep everything running behind the scenes, from inventory to restock alerts.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experiment with A/B testing for listing formats, pricing, or tags to improve product performance.
• Coordinate with external tools or integrations (e.g., Printify, Canva, Marmalead, EverBee) to streamline operations.
• Plan seasonal campaigns, product launches, or limited-time offers to drive traffic and sales.
• Coordinate Etsy Ads, discounts, and sales events while tracking ROI and adjusting budget accordingly.
• Collaborate with freelancers or virtual assistants if the shop scales and workload increases.

Preferred:

• Familiar with shipping platforms like Pirate Ship or ShipStation is a plus.
• Capable of updating shop banners, profile info, and seasonal messaging.
• Comfortable using tools like Canva, Lightroom, or Photoshop for product imagery.
• Understands the unique balance between creativity and analytics in running an Etsy shop.
• Able to schedule new listings, run promotions, or use coupons to boost sales.
