We’re hiring a Marketing & Content Trainee to help grow a personal brand across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and email — no experience needed, just scroll-savviness and strong storytelling instincts. You’ll be creating and testing content fast — for Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, emails, blog posts, and landing pages. We’ll teach you how to balance creativity with strategy, and how to speak in a voice that’s consistent, human, and brand-aligned. You’ll learn the basics of SEO, formatting for readability, and how to build trust through long-form content. You’ll help manage a content calendar, prep visuals, add subtitles, test titles, and track what performs — all hands-on. You’ll learn how to turn vague notes into drafts, drafts into visuals, and visuals into published, trackable results. You’ll be part of building content systems, calendars, and playbooks that don’t exist yet — and help improve them as we grow. You’ll help shape the brand’s online personality, refine its tone, and develop its rhythm across platforms. We’ll show you how to adapt messaging for different platforms while keeping the brand’s personality intact.

Basic Qualifications:

• Prepare reports and slide decks to share wins, learnings, and next steps with the team.
• Create monthly content calendars that balance promotions, education, and community.
• Coordinate giveaways, collaborations, or influencer features with measurable goals.
• Build relationships with our audience through stories, polls, comments, and DMs.
• Manage blog content, newsletters, and long-form pieces when needed.

Preferred:

• Thrives in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments with measurable goals.
• Familiar with brand tone, visual identity, and guidelines to keep communication consistent.
• Comfortable with content management systems like WordPress, Notion, or Webflow.
• Comfortable experimenting with different formats like Reels, carousels, stories, and polls.
• Organized in managing multiple campaigns, deadlines, and approval workflows across teams.
