Description:

We’re hiring a passionate Graphic Designer to join our remote team and help shape the visual identity of our brand. You’ll be responsible for crafting visual content for digital platforms, print materials, and marketing campaigns. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to create assets that align with the company’s brand guidelines and objectives. You’ll design and develop a variety of assets, including logos, social media posts, website elements, and promotional graphics. You’ll ensure design consistency across multiple platforms and channels, creating a cohesive brand experience. You’ll be involved in brainstorming sessions, contributing your creative ideas and providing design solutions for projects. You’ll assist with designing promotional materials like flyers, posters, and business cards, ensuring they reflect our visual style. You’ll stay current with design trends and continuously apply best practices to improve the quality of your work.

Basic Qualifications:

• Design everything from Instagram posts to pitch decks, website banners, brochures, and icons with attention to detail and consistency.
• Create high-quality visual assets for web, social media, email, print, and digital ads—aligned with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
• Use tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), or Canva depending on project scope.
• Ensure accessibility and usability in all designs—contrast, font size, readability, and responsive behavior.
• Help build out templates or reusable layouts to make future content creation faster and more scalable.

Preferred:

• Comfortable working with feedback, iterating, and refining design concepts.
• Knows how to export and format files properly for different platforms and use cases.
• Proficient in design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, or Canva.
• Excited to grow into roles like Brand Designer, UI Designer, or Art Director.
• Experience creating visual content for web, social media, print, or branding projects.
