Description:

We’re hiring a Nurse who brings skill, empathy, and calm to every shift — someone who understands that great care is both clinical and deeply human. You’ll provide hands-on care including assessments, medication administration, wound care, and IV therapy. You’ll manage daily treatments, monitor conditions, and ensure each patient’s comfort and safety are prioritized every shift. You’ll administer medications, change dressings, and track vital signs with consistency and precision. You’ll take the time to explain, listen, and reassure — whether you’re with a worried parent, a confused elderly patient, or someone in recovery. You’ll support patients emotionally — explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing comfort when it matters most. You’ll develop strong relationships with patients — offering encouragement on slow days and celebrating every small improvement. You’ll help manage medical equipment, maintain clean and safe workspaces, and uphold all hygiene and safety protocols. You’ll handle families with grace — providing updates, reassurance, and clear communication even under pressure.

Basic Qualifications:

• Monitor medical equipment and alert physicians to any concerning changes.
• Update care plans as patients improve, decline, or change diagnoses.
• Follow strict hygiene, infection control, and hospital safety protocols at all times.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge care.
• Advocate for patient needs and preferences—especially when they can't speak for themselves.

Preferred:

• Understands how to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments such as emergency rooms or intensive care units.
• Able to assess patient conditions, respond to emergencies, and implement care plans.
• Able to manage physical demands of nursing such as lifting, standing, and extended shifts.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) with up-to-date certifications.
• Committed to ongoing learning through certifications, workshops, or evidence-based practice updates.
