Description:

We’re hiring a skilled Fiverr Gig Manager to take charge of our gig listings, ensuring they are engaging and perform well on the platform. You’ll manage the entire gig creation process, from crafting compelling descriptions to setting competitive pricing and packages. You’ll manage our Fiverr profile, update gig details, and keep everything aligned with the latest trends and best practices. You’ll track gig performance, monitor analytics, and use data to refine strategies for increased visibility and conversions. You’ll be the point of contact for client inquiries, offering excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth experience. You’ll help manage orders, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality service to maintain positive reviews and repeat clients. You’ll track and report on gig performance, adjusting strategies to boost traffic, ranking, and sales. You’ll track customer feedback, ensuring that positive reviews and testimonials are consistently received. You’ll update the gig regularly, ensuring it remains fresh, competitive, and aligned with current market trends.

Basic Qualifications:

• Continuously improve gig performance using Fiverr analytics, feedback, and A/B testing on thumbnails or copy.
• Collaborate with freelancers (writers, editors, designers, etc.) if the gig requires multiple contributors.
• Balance multiple orders at once without compromising delivery standards or client communication quality.
• Track revenue, conversion rates, and repeat customer behavior using Fiverr analytics or third-party tools.
• Coordinate seasonal campaigns, discounts, or limited-time bundles to boost gig traffic.

Preferred:

• Can help manage client communication across time zones with timely responses.
• Understands Fiverr's algorithm, gig ranking factors, and how to optimize for visibility.
• Organized and proactive with task tracking, follow-ups, and client satisfaction.
• Excited to help scale a Fiverr account by improving efficiency, branding, and client experience.
• Able to handle custom order requests, upsell add-ons, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
