We’re searching for a YouTube Shorts Manager who instinctively knows what makes viewers tap, watch, and share. This isn’t just about clipping highlights — it’s about understanding YouTube’s short-form ecosystem and creating content that stops the scroll, hooks viewers in seconds, and leaves them wanting more. You’ll be in charge of developing short-form video strategies, pitching content ideas, scripting, directing shoots (if needed), and editing videos that hold attention within the first three seconds. If you’ve got a knack for spotting trends early, remixing viral ideas, and turning raw footage into scroll-stopping videos, we want you. You’ll work closely with our marketing and content teams to ensure our messaging is always sharp, fun, and trend-aligned. Whether you’re filming in your own space or collaborating with others, you’ll need to deliver high-quality, polished content on a fast turnaround. You’ll be scripting light concepts, directing short shoots, and editing for maximum engagement — all while keeping your finger on the pulse of what’s next.

Basic Qualifications:

• Coordinate with creators, editors, and voiceover talent to assemble compelling short-form videos.
• Oversee the full pipeline of creating YouTube Shorts—from concept to publishing and performance analysis.
• Balance storytelling and punchiness—every second of a Short matters.
• Analyze audience demographics and adjust style or pacing to match what's resonating.
• Track performance metrics (watch time, CTR, retention) and report findings to the team weekly.

Preferred:

• Experience writing compelling titles, descriptions, and choosing strong thumbnails when needed.
• Familiar with copyright-safe music, audio trends, and voiceover integration for Shorts.
• Understands how to repurpose long-form YouTube content into Shorts.
• Can turn product features, tips, or moments into 15–60 second stories.
• Passionate about digital storytelling and growing audiences through short-form video.
