Description:

We’re hiring a Warehouse Clerk Trainee to support operations in our cold storage facility — ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, physically prepared, and ready to learn in a temperature-controlled environment. You’ll start by helping sort incoming inventory, scanning barcodes, and updating stock levels in the digital system. You’ll learn how to pick items for customer orders using handheld devices and packing slips. You’ll assist in carefully packing products with protective materials and making sure each box is labeled correctly for shipping. You’ll be trained to use scanners, printers, and order management software to keep fulfillment accurate and efficient. You’ll work with fewer distractions, focusing on task flow, accuracy, and keeping your zone efficient and tidy. You’ll assist in restocking, moving pallets, and rearranging sections to prepare for the next day’s operations. You’ll be part of regular cycle counts, learning how inventory is tracked and discrepancies are resolved. You’ll gain experience in handling different types of goods — from small parts to large boxes — and how to lift safely.

Basic Qualifications:

• Stay on task in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment like pallet jacks, scanners, or handheld inventory tools.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and help reconcile stock records with physical counts.
• Report inventory discrepancies, shipment delays, or damaged stock to supervisors immediately.
• Take pride in accuracy, efficiency, and being a reliable part of the logistics chain.

Preferred:

• Capable of picking, packing, and staging orders based on packing slips or digital instructions.
• Understands the importance of order fulfillment speed, inventory accuracy, and safety compliance.
• Thrives in structured, task-driven settings where efficiency and consistency matter.
• Able to restock shelves, count inventory, and report discrepancies to supervisors.
• Can follow written and verbal instructions clearly and complete daily task lists without constant supervision.

You’ll help track packaging supply levels like tape, boxes, and labels — and restock them when running low.
