Description:

We’re hiring a Fashion Designer who creates from instinct, reference, and rebellion — someone who understands garments as both structure and story, and sees fashion as a living form of communication. You’ll lead the design of ready-to-wear collections that are as thoughtful as they are wearable — built for real people, real bodies, and real lives. You’ll lead the design process from mood boards to tech packs, ensuring a cohesive visual narrative across each line. We expect you to take inspiration from culture, history, and modern life — and filter it into garments that speak with clarity and depth. You’ll work closely with pattern makers, seamstresses, and production teams to bring your sketches to life with precision. Expect to guide the process from initial idea to final production — including fittings, pattern revisions, and pre-launch styling. We’ll rely on your ability to merge personal inspiration with brand vision, delivering collections that are cohesive but never predictable. You’ll guide design development from idea to production, making choices that are bold but buildable, stylish but real. We’ll rely on your taste, intuition, and awareness of form, drape, and silhouette in both sketch and sample.

Basic Qualifications:

• Keep digital files, sketches, and samples organized for future reference or re-use.
• Revise and refine collections based on feedback, samples, and wearability testing.
• Design seasonal lines with a clear concept, story, and cohesive aesthetic.
• Bring your passion for fashion to everything you do—the energy shows in the final collection.
• Choose fabrics, colors, and textures that bring each concept to life with both style and practicality.

Preferred:

• Familiar with sustainability principles, ethical sourcing, and circular fashion design strategies.
• Proficient in fashion design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CLO 3D for creating sketches and technical flats.
• Background or strong passion in fashion design, garment technology, or visual arts.
• Organized in managing seasonal timelines, collection calendars, and line sheets.
• Thrives in highly creative, hands-on environments where concept meets construction.
