Description:

We’re hiring a Warehouse Clerk Trainee to join our air cargo team — perfect for someone who’s curious about aviation logistics and ready to work in a time-critical, high-security environment. You’ll start by helping sort incoming inventory, scanning barcodes, and updating stock levels in the digital system. You’ll learn how to label, tag, and sort products so that they’re easy to locate and access when needed. You’ll assist in staging shipments based on departure times, airline schedules, and final destinations. You’ll help organize products by category, rotation date, and shelf life to ensure accurate stock levels and freshness. You’ll work with fewer distractions, focusing on task flow, accuracy, and keeping your zone efficient and tidy. You’ll learn how to inspect products for damage, expiration, or mismatch before they’re stored or shipped. You’ll be part of regular cycle counts, learning how inventory is tracked and discrepancies are resolved. You’ll assist in cleaning and sanitizing storage units and workstations to meet food-grade hygiene standards.

Basic Qualifications:

• Use inventory management systems to log incoming/outgoing goods and update stock levels.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in line with health and safety regulations.
• Label and sort inventory items by category, SKU, or destination in the proper storage areas.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and help reconcile stock records with physical counts.
• Receive incoming shipments, inspect goods for damage or discrepancies, and record deliveries accurately.

Preferred:

• Open to learning warehouse systems, software tools, or RFID tracking if needed by the role.
• Willing to work flexible shifts including early mornings, weekends, or overtime when required.
• Comfortable lifting boxes, standing for extended periods, and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Values reliability, accuracy, and teamwork in operational environments.
• Thrives in structured, task-driven settings where efficiency and consistency matter.

You’ll help track packaging supply levels like tape, boxes, and labels — and restock them when running low. You’ll help inspect packaging for security compliance and report damaged or improperly labeled freight.
